My work has always lived in the same place: the point where a business need becomes a solution that actually works. For more than twenty-four years I have occupied that space from different angles —analyst, architect, project manager, services director, consultant— across Peruvian state institutions and private companies in twelve different sectors.

That path taught me something that remains central to how I work: technology is rarely the problem. Projects fail when no one translated strategy into concrete decisions, when the architecture did not anticipate growth, or when a solution was delivered without building the capacity to sustain it.

In recent years that work has concentrated on artificial intelligence: I completed a Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence at Universidad Internacional de La Rioja, and today at RENIEC I lead the definition of the regulatory framework, architecture, technology standards and frameworks that make institutional adoption possible.

DT-Innova was born from that conviction —that real transformation is not purchased, it is built— and from the intent to accompany Peruvian and regional organizations through that complete process: preparing, implementing and continuing to evolve.
